Over 300 five-star Google reviews from real patients in Haverhill and beyond
“I have tried dry needling before, but I have not felt as good as I do when I leave Fixxed. I am dealing with a torn rotator cuff, knee replacement on both knees, and a lot of tight muscles. I have only had two sessions here so far, but I can tell I will not need surgery.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does it take to recover from shoulder pain with physical therapy?
Recovery time depends on the severity of your injury and how long you've been dealing with pain. Most patients notice significant improvement within 2-4 weeks of consistent treatment.
During your free phone consultation, we'll give you a realistic timeline based on your specific condition. Our goal isn't just to relieve pain—it's to restore full function so you can lift, throw, and move confidently again.
Do you accept insurance for shoulder physical therapy?
FIXXED Studios is a cash-based practice, which means we don't accept insurance. This allows us to spend a full hour with every patient, skip the paperwork hassles, and design truly customized treatment plans without insurance restrictions.
Your first session is just $49, and we offer package pricing to make ongoing care affordable. Many patients find they save money in the long run because our results are faster and more effective.
What's the difference between dry needling and regular physical therapy for shoulder pain?
Dry needling uses thin filament needles to release trigger points and tight muscle bands that contribute to shoulder pain. It's incredibly effective for rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, and chronic tension.
We combine dry needling with manual therapy, cupping, Graston technique, and neuromuscular re-education to address both the symptoms and the root cause. During your evaluation, we'll determine which techniques will work best for your specific shoulder condition.
