Virtual PT & Pelvic Floor PT

our approach

Virtual physical therapy and virtual pelvic floor physical therapy are hour-long appointments conducted by a licensed physical therapist or licensed physical therapist assistant done in the privacy of your own home. A secure zoom link will be sent to you for each session so that your therapist can see how you are moving and ensure that you are performing exercises safely and effectively.

Your therapist will be able to show you new exercises, stretches, and breathing techniques to address your symptoms, and will suggest ways to progress or modify your current program each session.

While you won’t be given any hands-on adjustments or manual therapies, many clients find that the convenience and accountability of being able to attend physical therapy sessions from their home is worth the trade-off. Plus, you don’t need to worry about traffic or parking!

All virtual PT patients also receive a discount on drop-in dry needling, graston, or cupping services, so if you and your therapist decide that adding in some manual therapy would be beneficial as part of your treatment plan, then those services will be discounted to $49 per session at either of our Haverhill or Wakefield locations.
