8 x 40-minute performance sessions with one of our licensed athletic trainers 

Each pack includes:

  • Full-body movement pattern assessment

  • Identification of underlying imbalances, mobility restrictions, or strength deficits

  • Targeted programming to support HYROX-specific demands

  • Hands-on treatment as needed (dry needling, cupping, Graston, assisted stretching)

  • Ongoing adjustments as training intensity increases

Dylan Rinaldini, Lead Clinician at Fixxed Studios, is an endurance runner currently training for the Chicago Marathon. He combines clinical expertise with firsthand experience navigating high-volume training and recovery demands.

Dylan’s approach blends movement analysis, hands-on therapy, and targeted exercise programming to help runners improve durability, efficiency, and confidence throughout their training cycle.
