Introducing REBUILD
REBUILD is a 6-week postpartum core program created by pelvic floor physical therapists and moms who understand what postpartum recovery actually requires.
It's a step-by-step roadmap designed to help you rebuild the foundation your body needs to feel strong, supported, and ready to start strength training again.
Finally, a postpartum program that teaches you how to reconnect with your body.
You've been cleared for exercise… But no one actually showed you where to start.
Maybe you've tried random workouts, Instagram ab exercises, or jumped back into the gym only to feel disconnected from your core, unsure if you're making progress—or making things worse.
If you've been wondering...
Why does my core still feel weak?
Why do I notice coning or doming?
Why can't I seem to engage my abs anymore?
Why do I leak when I run, jump, or sneeze?
Why doesn't my body feel like it used to?
You're not alone.
And you don't have to figure it out on your own.
What You'll Learn
Over six weeks, you'll be guided through progressive workouts that teach you how to reconnect with your body from the inside out.
Together we'll focus on:
Pelvic floor coordination
Breathing mechanics
Deep core activation and connection
Rib cage and pressure management
Glute strength and hip stability
Functional strength progressions for everyday life and exercise
Each workout builds on the previous one so you'll know exactly what to do—and why you're doing it.
No random exercises, just a proven progression created by pelvic health experts.
