Our FIXXED Marathon Prep Pack is a performance-based support program for runners training through high mileage, increased intensity, and long training cycles. It’s designed to help you stay healthy, recover better, and continue progressing—without waiting for pain or injury to show up.

What’s Included

10 x 40-minute performance sessions, customized to your training phase.

Each pack includes:

  • Full running & movement assessment to identify mobility, strength, and load-management issues

  • Individualized strength, mobility, and activation exercises to support weekly runs

  • Hands-on treatment each session (dry needling, cupping, assisted stretching, manual therapy, and more)

  • Free Normatec recovery access throughout the duration of the 10-session pack

Sessions evolve as your training changes—higher mileage weeks, workouts, taper, and race prep are all accounted for.

How We Approach Marathon Training
